The priorities of the group, identified in the yearly delivery plan, have been identified as:
Priority 1 - Improving the recreational infrastructure, the historic environment and access to services
Priority 2 - Supporting micro businesses and social enterprises, especially those related to tourism and supply chains
Priority 3 - Developing the capacity of rural communities to improve the local economy and quality of life
Priority 4 - Encouraging and promoting the environment, heritage sites and local-produce centres
In addition, projects need to support the main priorities of the RDPE programme.
